En STAGMI trabajamos para que tu pedido llegue rápido y seguro. Aquí encontrarás todo lo que necesitas saber sobre costos, tiempos y seguimiento de tu envío.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on the delivery location and the weight of the package.
If your purchase is over $150 USD, shipping is FREE! For orders under $150 USD, a standard shipping fee will apply, shown before you complete the payment.
The delivery time will start counting once the payment has been registered and approved in our platform. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery times are not exact, so we recommend tracking your order using the tracking links provided by the shipping companies. It's important that you provide your contact details when placing your order.

STAGMI is not responsible for the package once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

POLÍTICAS DE CAMBIO PARA CLIENTES STAGMI

En STAGMI queremos que tu experiencia de compra sea lo más fácil y agradable posible. Por eso, ofrecemos un proceso sencillo para cambiar los artículos que hayas comprado. A continuación, te explicamos las condiciones y cómo gestionar tu solicitud de cambio.

Los pedidos realizados entre el 1 al 30 de Junio de 2026 cuentan con 1 retorno gratis. Para acceder a este beneficio, el cambio debe solicitarse dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la recepción del pedido.

  • Si tu compra fue realizada durante junio, el cambio es totalmente gratis.
  • Para compras fuera de esta promoción, el cliente deberá cubrir los costos de envío, excepto en casos de error interno o producto defectuoso.
  • Puedes cambiar la prenda por otra de tu elección.
  • Si el nuevo producto tiene un mayor valor, deberás cubrir la diferencia.
  • Si el nuevo producto tiene un menor valor, la diferencia quedará a tu favor en una tarjeta regalo, la cual podrás usar en tienda o por WhatsApp.
  • Las prendas están sujetas a disponibilidad de inventario en cantidades, colores y tallas al momento de realizar el cambio.
No realizamos devolución de dinero.
